Whether it’s a small touch-up or a full transformation, we make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Conversation We start with a quick chat to understand what you’re looking for—your goals, ideas, and timeline. 2. Site Visit & Assessment We visit your property to get a better sense of the space, take measurements, and discuss ideas in person. 3. Proposal & Estimate Based on your needs, we provide a clear, detailed estimate along with any design suggestions or options. 4. Scheduling & Planning Once approved, we set a start date, plan materials and logistics, and make sure you’re updated every step of the way. 5. Project Work Our team gets to work—efficiently, respectfully, and with attention to detail to ensure the job is done right. 6. Final Walkthrough & Follow-Up After completion, we walk through the work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. We’re also happy to provide tips or options for ongoing care if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Knowledge of Plants & Materials Understanding of soil types, plant care, climate zones, and what will thrive in specific environments. Familiarity with hardscaping materials (pavers, stone, mulch, etc.) and how to install them properly. 2. Design & Layout Skills Ability to plan and visualize how a space will look and function. Experience with measuring, leveling, and creating layouts that are both practical and visually appealing. 3. Installation Skills Experience installing sod, irrigation systems, lighting, patios, retaining walls, and drainage solutions. Knowing how to work efficiently and safely with tools and equipment. 4. Problem-Solving Ability Experience handling common challenges like poor drainage, uneven grading, or plant diseases. 5. Communication & Reliability We listen carefully to the client’s needs, communicate clearly, and follow through on what was promised. 6. Years in the Field What matters most is hands-on work that shows quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Also, 10 years experience in the field.
