It’s a small part of the journey, I know, but to have a reliable means of transportation to and from a hotel or airport when traveling can make a substantial difference. I’m typically busy enough without having to stress over how I’ll make it from one place to another without my own car. Regal is professional and prompt. I basically just expect my drive to go well. No stress, no worry. Almost like having a personal driver.

if I could give 0 stars I would. we booked with this company to have a car pick us up at the end of our wedding, and they no showed. literally DID NOT SHOW UP. they were fully aware this ride was booked for our wedding night get away; and yet they waited until 5pm the DAY OF OUR WEDDING (pickup was scheduled for 10:15) to “confirm” with us, even thought the ride had been confirmed an entire MONTH before. AND they had our wedding coordinators number to call and didn’t use it when we (shockingly) didn’t respond to their 5pm text message.

Dear Alex, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your scheduled pickup. Several weeks prior, we were contacted by the wedding coordinator, and we clearly specified on the call that payment of the invoice and acceptance of the attached contract were required to secure the service. On the day of the event, we reached out to you directly before 5 PM via phone call and text to confirm and verify payment/contract acceptance as nothing had been received. Unfortunately, without receiving any communication, we were under the impression that the service was no longer required. Later that evening, at approximately 10:30 PM, the coordinator called us to inquire about the driver’s whereabouts for the pickup. We apologized for the confusion and informed her that we did not currently have a driver available but could have one at the location within 45 minutes. The coordinator then stated that she would find alternative arrangements, and we ended the call. We understand that there may have been a miscommunication regarding the coordinator’s role in confirming the booking, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We were told by the coordinator to contact you directly and the coordinator's number was not listed. We strive to provide reliable and seamless service to all our clients, and we genuinely regret any disruption that may have occurred on such an important day. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns.
