I was really impressed with Rob, The owner of Middle Tennessee Mold Remediation. He came by to inspect the house. Upon completion of the review he said he couldn't honestly see me paying for something that I could do myself. Then he proceeded to tell me exactly what to do to remediate the mold myself. I can't say anything about his work but his honesty earns him 5 stars.

We had multiple mold remediation companies give us an inspection and quote. We hired Mid TN Mold Remediation to do a moldremoval and encapsulation of our crawl space that no one else was offering. This ended up costing a bit more than some others, but the long-term protection this provides made us feel it was worth the cost. Working with Rob and his team was a pleasure; they were all extremely professional and completed their work quickly. Thanks guys!

Mr. Rob Parsons a Veteran as myself, is extremely professional, courteous, honest and very knowledgeable in Mold issues and remediation. We will be using his company if our Insurance Company allows us to select the Mold Remediation Contractor.
He knew exactly where to setup for the mold test for the best results and knew exactly where the main source of the mold was coming from just by the information we provided. The test results proved this hands down. His responsiveness was quick, arrived on time as stated and knew his business extremely well. We had 2 other companies come out and he was the best of the 3. Rob and his crew headed by Lucas did efficient and timely work. They went beyond our agreed upon plan by even adding a sump pump to make sure water that might seep under our foundation is quickly evacuated. Additional mold was found and remediated with no additional charge for the sump pump or the extra sanding, spraying and sealing. I highly recommend Rob and his company to anyone who encounters this problem.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are too many variables to give a price over the phone. I will do a free inspection throughout the entire home to make sure there are no other contaminated areas. I visit my clients as a consultant, not a salesperson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use thermal imaging and fiber optics to do a complete inspection of the home. Not just in the obvious areas. I look for the cause, discuss the solution and the prevention of the problem returning. I am visiting the client as a consultant not a sales person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
