- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair and reasonable with our pricing. We provide quality work at reasonable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the customer through every step of the project. Communication is very important to us. We will explain exactly what we are doing and why. Which is also included in all of our estimates. We do not push or try to upsell any work during our free estimates. During projects we use a software program that lets the customer see in real time the status, photos and detailed notes of where we are during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has many years in project management, property management and contracting work. We know how the process should be on both sides. From a customer and contractors perspective. Plus many certifications and licenses.
