- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quoted price(s) covers all services and expenses. 50% is due at the beginning, and the balance is due when you accept the project as complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interaction is important. I cannot provide personalized service without conversation to learn more about the client. Of course, the client needs to learn more about me so they can feel comfortable with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work career has been about personal interaction. From teaching on the university campus to interacting with prospective students on the undergraduate and graduate level, to working with villagers in the remote areas of Southeast Asia, I have learned that people are all different and have specific, individual needs.
