We had to change the way we host our Band Banquet this year. Normally we depend on a hotel to provide the entire package. This year, we hand to handle each piece of the event ourselves. I had a great feeling after my first conversation with Pam. She is professional, obviously experienced and very personable. She was very accommodating with each of our requests and had great suggestions for the meal selection, ways to save on the event and other suppliers to work with for dinnerware etc. Pam's suggestion for dinner was salad, chicken with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese, mashed potatoes and green beans and cheese cake and cupcakes for dessert and I hesitated. I'm not sure I've ever eaten goat cheese. It was outstanding and the presentation was great! Due to my request of how I wanted dinner served, the food did not stay at the right temperature but was still outstanding! Perhaps the best green beans I've had! Even the kids enjoyed the meal! I would definitely call Pam again to cater another event. Her staff was pleasant, professional and on top of everything. We will probably never have our band banquet at a hotel again!

Hired Pam for my sister's 21st birthday dinner. My sister didn't have any a table, chairs, wine opener, dishware, or flatware. Pam brought all of it. Food was excellent!! The spinach salad and chicken was amazing! Loved the bourbon apple cobbler!

Oh. Pam, YOU and your staff are the very best! Everything was absolutely outstanding for my luncheon~ delicious, hot, on time... you delivered exactly what our volunteers wanted. .. 3~cheers for moist chicken, we'll seasoned veggies, pilaf & rolls HOT, desert was BIG HIT. .. You & Lettuce Do Lunch are now in my Little Black Book!!
