Jeremy quickly figured out why our porch outlet wasn’t working. The breaker needed to be replaced. He replaced it and the outlet, as it was probably as old as the house. We are very happy with the results.

He arrived early, diagnosed the problem immediately, went to the hardware store for materials and it repaired within an hour. He also took the time to diagnose another problem that I had not called him about. Turned out to be a bigger issue than I suspected, and it took him about an hour to pin point the problem, but he didn't charge for the extra time. We'll have him back to fix that problem and do some additional work.
