- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We gather as much information up front to provide the most accurate estimate for our clients. We mainly work on an hourly rate plus a service fee, which includes fuel, mileage, and a fully equipped truck with moving pads, shrink wrap, tape, and all moving equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to set up a phone call to discuss all details at which point we provide pricing and paint the picture for the day of the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business and myself and all of our movers must complete Titan Up moving training before they are allowed to work in the field.
