- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flex pricing based on the needs of the property owner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a phone call to understand the property owner's situation, ensure they understand the services we provide, and ensure adequate answers to initial questions. If we agree we are a potential fit for one another, I conduct a site visit and property assessment. Once details are in order, we expeditiously take the property to market and get it rented quickly to a high quality tenant.
