- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies per job. Not every roof repair or roof replacement is the same. We offer a roof maintenance package that often solves many leaks and roof repairs. You can find it on our business website in our profile under roofing category. We offer recurring customer discounts, veteran discounts, multi-job discounts. Free roof replacement estimates Free assessment of your roof leaks or repairs. Free storm damage assessments with recommendations. *Fees are associated with complete notarized Roof Inspections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer is established and submitted request. A assessment and or diagnosis is scheduled for proper evaluation and pricing. A quick rough estimate can always be provided prior to assessment, however it may change after evaluation once estimate has been finalized. After approval of estimate has been made, work can be scheduled. Once work is completed, payment for services will be retained.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the roofing industry my entire life. My father owned his own business and I expanded his legacy. I have done every job in roofing from clean up, labor, shingle installation, flat roof installation, metal installation, flashing installation, repairman, foreman and project manager to now owner. We stay up to date with new products and new roofing techniques applied today.
