- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the total quantity of railing order, the style of rail order and the complexity of installation. This typically comes out to a per linear foot price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to give a new customer ballpark pricing after discussing the details of their project. Then I will come out to take field measurements and verify the design choices. After receiving the go ahead to start work, I will provided a CAD drawing of their project, order materials, fabricate the railing or gate, powder coat it and schedule the final installation and delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience as the co-owner of my families company of one of the largest ornamental metal and iron companies in Colorado. I decided to move to TN to start my own ornamental metal business and bring that same expertise and experience from 13 years in the industry. I have done thousands of jobs, both small and large. From homeowners to jobs on military bases and VA hospitals.
