- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My labor prices take into consideration all the prospective variables. It allows me to stay on price and rarely change the price during project. Should an unforeseen issue rise, I would immediately consult with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the business under the supervision of a master installer who then retired several years later. Over the years, I've constantly stayed on top of new methods and processes via tutorial offered on professional websites.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became an apprentice 18 years ago in Central Florida. I decided to start my own business a few years later. I really enjoy being part of the process from start to finish.
