Came out and gave me an estimate & Was told he would do some work here within 2 weeks. I messaged him several times & a mth later, and several messages unanswered, he messaged me telling me a price several thousand higher for the job he quoted me for. Bad business.

Original price I gave was a guesstimate to to be actual till figured price . When I did figure price I added pricing for work in the basement that she had requested
