I paid for a deep cleaning and had to go back and clean and dust. Fan was not dusted tables not dusted. Closet not swept out. Oven not cleaned. Late for the job and left early but no refund for the hour I had left. I think I am being overly generous with 3 stars. I would not hire again. Hired another company to come in and re-clean.

I was so excited about this company at first and signed up for weekly cleaning. The first time they came, my house was so clean and I was so excited. Second time was "meh" and I kept having to ask him to do things like take out the trash and he forgot an entire bathroom even though I reminded him. Then we were out of town and then had a terrible stomach bug run through everyone and I had to cancel a few times, but I communicated with him the whole time and the owner, Brandon, was always friendly, helpful, and prompt in replying. When we were finally all better, I went to schedule a cleaning through the app and I couldn't. I tried messaging him to let him know, but heard nothing... then called a few days later. Over a week I tried every way I could to get ahold of someone-2 different phone numbers, email, messenger, the scheduling app... nada. Now nothing for 2 weeks. So, this company has charged me $800 the last 2 months and only cleaned twice. And now won't respond. I kept waiting thinking maybe something bad happened or they had an emergency or something. Who knows. They have my credit card running on a monthly charge and I can't cancel it without getting ahold of someone. It is the most frustrating thing. I tried purchasing a "test" on the app for $2 not sure what that was, but thinking it would let me schedule. I scheduled a cleaning that way, but no one showed up. I'm at a loss.
