- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the services you are seeking. Most of our expenses are direct from the vacation provider, such as the cruise line. During our initial conversation, we will discuss further. Request a quote to initiate a conversation. We will reply promptly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will reach out and we will have an initial phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit. After the first call, preliminary research is completed to make sure that the clients goals can be met. At that point, we will work on the travel agreement and arrangements, followed by extensive research and effort to maximize the clients experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an affiliate of the AVOYA Travel Network requires extensive training and experience. AVOYA is affiliated with the American Express Travel group, which also has high standards of service and professionalism. I believe in continuous education to provide the best available resources to my clients and travel partners.
