- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it very simple when it comes to how much my services cost. I charge 25$ an hour but gladly offer discounts for recurring clients. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I want to first and foremost have a good talking to with said customer, so that I can get a clear picture of just what they would like done. Communication is key in that initial meeting and I want to be as thorough as possible. Also, If the client is able to, I do like to visit the property in question so they can walk me through it and show me exactly. This also allows me to take notes on what products, supplies, and equipment I will need for that home in particular.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken various courses in safety, sanitation, etc. but I also became certified in the cleaning and sanitizing of Air BnB’s last year. I’m always looking for ways to learn anything I can that relates to my work.
