I requested a quote for bi-weekly cleaning. Upon the initial consultation with Mr. Duffy I've hired this company. He sent his sister, Miriam, out and I couldn't be happier. She's very thorough and polite. I'm recommending Mr. Duffy and his business to all of my friends and neighbors.

Duffy's has been very understanding of any special requests. We hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning for our business and have very been happy with the service. They spent a lot of time making sure our contract was correct before finalizing which I really appreciated since it was for one year. I recommend Duffy's as a dependable and caring cleaning service.

Mr. Duffy was delightful to work with. He was most accommodating. The young lady that came to clean introduced herself. She was willing to do what I needed done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price of $14.75 per hour per employees for standard house cleaning. Commercial cleaning is a little different depending on the nature of the job. Our pricing are reasonable and fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, Duffy's Cleaning Services staff and employees identify ourselves with our Name badge with our logo and staff name as well. You would know the name of our staff prior to their arrival. We would a clear understanding of the cleaning needs. We will work accordingly to the request of our customer. We Clean to Impress
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of cleaning experience. Our family history has been involved in cleaning. Before starting Duffy's cleaning I over see the cleaning process at the church I pastor. I'm still involved with the cleaning of the church. I'm very picky about cleanliness. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness"
