I couldn’t be happier with Simeon. He responded right away, came out to my property and quoted a very responsible price to pressure wash my gutters and overhangs. He came out to complete the job fairly quick, and he did an excellent job. He not only washed the gutters and overhangs but he did my windows, porches and outdoor furniture. He is very professional, completes his work in a timely manner, does above and beyond the work quoted, and pricing is exceptional. I would adopt him if I could. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Excellent prompt, professional, service as well as outstanding quality of work and a fair price for the work. We needed debris removed quickly because it was compromising our roof. It was hot as blazes outside and our gutters on our new home were very dirty from previous owner neglect. He worked on our gutters all day. He’s our man now and he should be yours too!

Not only did Jackson do an excellent job of cleaning my roof and house, he was right on time and very friendly. Jackson gave me a very reasonable rate for the job. I highly recommend him. I will definitely have him back when needed.

I would highly recommend Jackson Services!! He responded to my quote request within hours, he was on time for the quote appointment and for the job, he was professional and friendly. I hired him to wash my back porch and he did an amazing job, far exceeding my expectations. And his rate was very reasonable, I actually expected to pay more.

The crew did an excellent job cleaning my roof. The difference after they finished is amazing. They also cleaned the vinyl siding and it looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there are three factors that go into pricing an estimate - square feet ,the height of the house or type of material to be washed(concrete,wood,metal,shingles..)
and the time since it has last been professionally cleaned.
average estimate cost is $0.15 cents per square foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a measurement of what I will be cleaning.. Show customer average cost per their zip code for pressure washing ..and then go over my estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
