In today's world where so many just do enough to get by, you won't find that holds true with Simeon. He is hard working with a great friendly personality and does an excellent job. You will be so pleased with his work and will never want to consider another person to get the job done. we have a huge house with a long driveway, and when he gets through with pressure washing, it all looks fresh and clean and feels brand new again. he has done our home for years now. whether is pressure washing, or any other job you need done, you will see a hard working guy doing it to your specifications.!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there are three factors that go into pricing an estimate - square feet ,the height of the house or type of material to be washed(concrete,wood,metal,shingles..) and the time since it has last been professionally cleaned. average estimate cost is $0.15 cents per square foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a measurement of what I will be cleaning.. Show customer average cost per their zip code for pressure washing ..and then go over my estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
life has taught me many valuable lessons and I apply those everyday to work and the way I live.
