- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a free consultation to find out what it is the client is needing. Then we discuss the steps needed to be taken and in what order to set transparent expectations of the process while making sure all questions are answered along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience in this industry while also in school to get my CPAs license. I also keep up with webinar training in my spare time so that I am up to date with the always changing tax regulations and especially with current COVID pandemic.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have a wide variety of clients with different industries ranging from auto body repair, construction, medical, property management, upholstery, start ups and so much more to list.
