I had what turned out to be a relatively simple plumbing issue with an outdoor faucet that had been incorrectly installed. Not only do the guys fix that problem but two others that I knew needed attention and they attended to them as well.
Prompt, courteous and capable are adjectives rarely made about plumbers. Old Town was those and more. I cannot imagine calling another
plumber anytime soon.

They had a great job that came out on time and was able to finish the job in one day, even though we had a few obstacles that we were unaware of overall, I would highly recommend working with Nathan and his team at Old Town Plumbing

Old town plumbing did an incredible job for me! They fixed a broken water valve leading to my toilet, repaired a shower/tub that had been unusable for 4 years, and fixed my kitchen sink. They also didn’t overcharge me! Nate was wonderful and kind. I will be a customer for life and can’t recommend this company enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a $55 service fee to come out and evaluate the situation to provide you with upfront pricing. If there is additional diagnostics that require special equipment we notify customers upfront so they know exactly what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by building a customer portfolio that allows us to keep track of all services, estimates and warranties you have been provided. Our software combines a photo library and heavy documentation of your plumbing system to ensure we can provide you with the best possible solutions for all your plumbing needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of trade school along with numerous factory certifications and 22 years in the field.
