WhizPro responded quickly to my evening inquiry for service and was at my home the next day. Jonny determined that a cracked toilet flange was the source of my plumbing issue. He worked quickly to remove it and install a replacement. Then he re-installed the toilet, caulked around it and cleaned up after himself before departing. I am very satisfied with the plumbing repair performed by WhizPro and would contact them again for future repairs.

Hired to replace a valve in an outside spigot and remove and reset a toilet that was wobbling. The spigot was done well. The plumber had to come back though because toilet needed a new flange and was leaking. I was told during the estimate that this would be a possibility, however. Anyways, I had to arrange another visit, but they worked around my schedule and came back the next day. I ended up paying more than hoped for, but it had to be done. He came back, and installed it with the new part, made extra sure it was properly installed, and it’s working well thus far. Even with the increased cost they charged a reasonable amount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book an appointment time that works for our new customer and show up ON TIME. We give them an estimates for the work they asked about with different options and let them choose the one that works the best for them. Once they approve it, we get started immediately and usually get it done same day!
