I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Jonathan and Justin Moore with Complete Animal Control showed with regards to the removal of bats from the eves of my house. The initial inspection was great and the way they explained the whole process from beginning to end was easy to understand. I'm so relieved the bats are gone. I highly recommend them.

Johnathan and Justin did a phenomenal job working on my house in Knoxville to close up the entry points for our bat problem! Complete AnimalRemoval came to my house and gave me a free inspection for squirrels that were getting in my attic. They quickly got the squirrel out of my attic and closed up all of the spots around my house they could get inside. Great humane company and local to Knoxville. Highly recommend!

We suddenly had a bat problem in our chimney and Complete AnimalRemoval came out 2 days after I called them in a panic and started the process.They were the only wildlife removal company that I contacted that would come to Scott County, TN also. Johnathan and Justin were prompt, courteous and were here when they said they would be. We appreciate them and I am telling everyone I know here about the service and what a help they were! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a FREE inspection as every home/project we work on is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial complimentary inspection to determine what animal we’re dealing with and the potential entry points. Once these factors are determined we write up an estimate to solve the problem for our customer at which point they’ll decide if they’d like to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several staff members as well as our owner who are certified wildlife biologist. Each of our employees are thoroughly trained and required to obtain a state trapping permit per the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.
