He came to my home right on time and got to work immediately and found the problem. It was late and he had to pick up some materials to complete the job and returned early the next morning and got my air conditioning back on. He worked fast and was very responsive and professional. I will definitely call him again.

Michael was great to work with! Our HVAC unit needed to be replaced as it was very old and stopped working. Michael had very reasonable pricing and pushed the project forward. He was very transparent about how much we had to pay for labor and how much for supplies. He went above and beyond--did a thorough inspection of our crawl space and discovered some kinks in the ducts from a previous job. As a result, our heat is flowing evenly in all of our rooms and things are working better than before!

Comfort specialist was very responsive and got straight to the point.
We initially got a quote from a previous company that has been servicing our AC and heating need for several years. I needed to get a second opinion since they want me to purchase a new unit. Michael was able to identify the issue right away, stayed longer missing one of his appointment just to make sure that we are up and running. Thank you!!! I will be having this company maintain my unit from here on out.

Then I can beat any legitimate companies price 100% guaranteed I will match or beat them by at least $500. It’s not bc my work is not good. My work is top tier probably the best in knox and surrounding counties. I guarantee my work. I give military discounts and new customer discount

Give them the best info and have good convo and always let them decide what they want
