Jay did some work for me when I couldn’t find anyone to help. He came out fixed me AC. The price was more than reasonable and the work professional. Jay is a very nice family guy that works hard and cares about his customers. He goes out of his way to help them anyway he can. I would highly recommend he.

Jay was right on time with helping us out. He was very professional and honest. He wasn't there just for the buck. He was very thorough and explained things so that we understood. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option.

Worst experience I’ve had on Thumbtack. Jay came out twice and attempted to fix a mini split that was leaking, but actually made the problem worse. When the unit started leaking again, and after I had already paid Jay over $350, he did not respond and I could no longer get a hold of him. When I had to have another HVAC technician come out, he let me know that the condensate pump Jay installed was installed incorrectly and could’ve even caused damage to the house. When I reached out to Jay to try to reconcile the issue and receive a refund, he refused. I’m so disappointed in the service and level of professional professionalism. If you are looking for quality service, do not work with Jay. I hate to leave a bad review, but I am so sincerely disappointed in this experience through Thumbtack. I’ve never had something so poorly done and with lack of customer service.
