WONDERFUL! J&J was assigned by our home warranty company, First American. The home warranty people company can be difficult but J&J was not! We needed a new hot water heater and the warranty people said it would take 9 days just to ship it. Then, we would need to schedule the installation. Jordan called them and was able to get a heater and install it in 5 days! Yes, it seemed like a long time to go without hot water but the cost savings was worth it! An installed 50 gallon hot water heater from other companies would have cost around $3,000. The warranty heater cost $95 for the call and $400 for the modifications, which are the new connections and stuff. All in all, we are glad to have hot water again and to have saved $$$! Jordan, Austin, and all the staff at J&J were WONDERFUL!

My grandmother had a home warranty and they contracted J &J Heating and air to come diagnose and repair the unit. When they came out for the initial call, he took the unit apart said hed be back soon when the part came in and left it taken apart. Three weeks later they still hadnt come out to do the work and it was still taken apart as they left it. After being told they would come out several different times and didnt because of an issue with the part being ordered I called them to inquire. Jordan expressed no professionalism and said it was the home warranty that could not get the parts. Upon calling the home warranty company they said that the part they had ordered had been at the warehouse since the 20th. I gave them two stars because since they werent hired directly and they were contracted through home warranty, I know that can be a more difficult situation. They did refund the $900 that it was additional to the warranty, but we had someone come out and fix it very quickly with a lot less money.

The people working at J&J heating & air were very nice, but lacked professionalism. After not fixing our leak on the 1st visit it was very hard to get ahold of them and get a follow up scheduled. They had to come 3 times, each visit took over a week in between, and 5 weeks later the leak is still not fixed. The lack of prompt communication and returned phone calls made the experience much more aggravating.
