RJ Technology was so patient, professional and responsive to my request to repair my computer. He did a diagnostic on my computer and sat down with me to explain the problem. I didn't feel rushed. He gave me excellent advice, and it was obvious that repairing my computer was not a good decision. The device and advice were totally free. I contacted Lenovo and they are sending me a new computer. I was totally impressed and give the highest recommendation. I would use them again if needed.
