My wife had just received a promotion with her company and we had planned a celebration dinner with family and friends. Our original catering company had double booked us, causing us to search else where. We found Carol Scott, and she rose to the occasion in style, elegance, sophistication, and above all class! Our menu had already been chosen, and we were worried due to the short notice that there may be issues in fulfilling our needs. This couldn't be farther from the case. We had Tuna Niçoise salad, an outstanding and perfectly prepared Seared scallop, the most desiccant Rack of lamb seasoned just right, and a Vanilla bourbon creme brûlée that people only read about!!! There were 16 of us there, and everyone was impressed with the arrangement, service, and above all Top Chef quality of her dishes. Where one company failed, she has now gained the business, demand, and above all high respect for her ability, and capability to produce such an experience in such short time! We are now guests for life in any kitchen, establishment our home she is invited into. Thank you for the shear awesomeness you have let us experience on such a grand occasion!

We hired Chef Carol Scott because of a recommendation from a close friend. We were entertaining some old friends from out of town and really wanted something special, plus naturally, we didn't want to spend our time cooking. Carol arrived with all the bells and whistles, bringing all the food items she needed. We gave her the quick 10 cent tour of the kitchen and off she went. We were entertaining and she brings us by some finger foods and cocktails. That was unexpected for sure. Basically, she cooked the best meal we have ever had in our home, served it to us like a 5 star restaurant, and cleaned everything before leaving. We felt like we were staying at the white house. It was definitely a splurge for us, but worth every penny. Can't wait to find a good excuse to hire her again.

Carol was awesome! We hired her to prepare a meal for our group of 10 for one night during a weekend getaway in Pigeon Forge. We had folks flying and driving in from all over for a reunion weekend with our kids, and we were looking for an awesome meal to enjoy together after all the kids had gone to bed. We rented a large cabin through Dollywood for our vacation, so we were a little unsure of the kitchen situation prior to our arrival since no one had seen it before, but Carol was so sweet, and made the most amazing 3-course meal! She was great fun to talk to and left the kitchen looking amazing. We even had plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day. Not only was the food delicious, but her presentation was awesome, too! We were served beautiful dishes and enjoyed an elegant, high-class meal, even though we were really just exhausted parents eating in our t-shirts and sweats. She was very flexible to work within our price-point of $75 per person to come up with a menu we all loved and she nailed it. We had the Caesar Salad in a Parmesan bowl, the short-ribs with truffled mashed potatoes and asparagus, and the vanilla creme-brulee. Everything was fantastic and even our biggest boys were stuffed at the end! Thanks for a great evening, Carol!

Carol was so sweet, professional and our dining experience was first class! She arranged wine pairings with each course and the food was over the top. It was certainly a fine dining experience in our home shared with friends. She and her team were relaxed, timely and wonderful to work with. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
