- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most all projects prices are figures by a simple hourly rate for time and labor plus reimbursement for materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish good communication with my client and develop a clear understanding of what their project needs and desired outcomes are to best ensure 100% customer satisfaction. With a clear picture of my client's desired project, we go over the expected time-frame and price, discuss schedule and availability, then set a projected start and finish date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to years of hands on field training, study, & experience, I have studied Building Construction, Construction Management and Drafting and Design at Sante Fe College and Northern Virginia.
