- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technician(s) will arrive in a clearly marked Mr. Handyman vehicle and will be wearing Mr. Handyman attire. We will call in advance to confirm the appointment and arrive at your home ready to work. No project is too small. Our service technicians are polite, courteous, full-time company employees dedicated to exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If the job isnt completed to your satisfaction, we will redo it at no additional labor charge within a period of twelve (12) months.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed, professional handyman service with customer satisfaction being our top priority! Each of our service technicians has a minimum of 10 years of paid professional handyman experience and is insured and bonded. As well, Mr. Handyman performs a background check and drug screening on each of our technicians so you can feel safe having them work in your home or business.

We work with a wide range of customers. From the stay-at-home mom to the busy entrepreneur with not quite enough time to finish his list of home improvement projects. We believe that no job is too small and look forward to assisting you with your upcoming projects!
