- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Annual Gas Fireplace Service is required to keep you're gas fireplace running efficiently and safely. Each service is a full safety inspection, cleaning of the entire unit, repair if needed, and a one year warranty. Parts that need replacing are replaced at cost, which means you pay what I pay for parts. There are no travel fees or moving fees involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory Trained in R.H Peterson, Empire, Mendota Hearth, Travis Industries, and Valor Products. Experienced Servicing all other brands including Heat & Glo, Majestic/Monessen, Everwarm, and many others.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many residential clients and customers. Older, younger does not matter. Also I have customers in the Hotel industry up and down the East Coast.
