Hi, my name is Neil Rocha. I’ve been doing apartment and home maintenance in the Knoxville area for 8 years. I am very excited to introduce myself and my skills to my new and current clients. I’m originally from Ohio but I’ve moved to the south for better weather and nicer people lol. Very impressed with Neil. He called before the appointment to confirm what needed to be done. Once here, he was very professional and got right to the work on the task. He did exactly what needed to be done. I was extremely impressed with his work. I have a very obvious physical disability, so I am always afraid that I will be taken advantage of in cases like this.
