- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I do good work, so I don't lowball. I also want to be reasonable, and since I dont have a storefront , my overhead allows me to keep prices down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid on their lead. If they accept it, I schedule the project. It's not rocket science. And then threat them as a friend
