Hi Ken, I am sorry you felt this way about your experience. Usually a job like this only lasts 2 or 3 days. Due to the multiple change of contracts that were made after we started the job, which we explained would make the job last longer, the job could not be completed in the timely manner that it usually would take. We feel that we were more than fair for you and your experience because we did additional work for you that should have doubled your cost and we did not charge you. Please keep in mind that it is on the customer and not ourselves that all materials be there to complete the job, which in this case there was not. This resulted in more trips being made to your home. When a job is scheduled we schedule it for a set time period. With that being said, we are a very busy company and schedule many jobs throughout the month. When a contract is changed we have to fit the customer elsewhere into that schedule so that we can complete the job. Again, we apologize that you did not enjoy your experience with us.
