- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a complimentary consultation and measure for blinds, shutters, and shades. Custom drapery, hardware, bedding, and/or furniture selection and other Interior Design related services are more time consuming therefore I will provide you an estimate consultation cost specific to your location and project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to have an in-depth phone discussion to get an idea of how to prepare for our meeting. I work with my clients in their setting so that we both are able to "see" the concept onsite. I am the designer and installer on all of my projects. If I need a hand, I work with my hired carpenter to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am continually educating myself through the various organizations; Association of Home Builders, American Society of Interior Designers, International Interior Design Association, and more. I am a Certified Aging in Place Specialist through the NAHB.
