I am the owner/operator of an eco-friendly cleaning business I started after losing my job in 2009.
I currently service clients through commercial cleaning contracts which include Burlington Coat Factory, Bed, Bath and Beyond and AutoZone.
I provide cleaning of all areas of the home and can also provide eco friendly products if requested. I usually set up an assessment of the home and we can discuss the outline of what your home needs and based on the needs of the home, we estimate the cost of the service.
I am a social worker during the day and usually complete my jobs in the afternoon or on weekends. If a morning job is requested, I have staff that can complete the job and all of my employees are drug free and backgrounds have been checked.

Had this business bid a cleaning job on a rental property. The estimate I was given was WAY off! Even after being given the chance to preview the house and the scope of the job, the estimate was 3 hours at $50/hr. I agreed with the bid of $150 and hired her. 8 and a half hours later she presented me with my bill of $425, which I refused to pay since it far exceeded he original bid and only HALF OF THE 1500sq ft house was complete! We settled on $375 with the understanding of completing the job the following day. The next day she called and stated she could not make it, it was more work than she estimated, and I would need to find someone else to finish the job. It was only then that she admitted this was only the SECOND house she had ever cleaned professionally! She continuously justified her price by comparing it to her friend who owned a " real cleaning business" stating he would have charged more for that job. I would not recommend this business to anyone and I will not be using them again for any of my properties.
