We usually charge $60/hour for standard cleaning and $70/hour for deep cleaning. Also if you cancelled the app. you’ll be charged $50

I did not hire this person. On the first correspondence she told me it would be a two step process. When I asked for clarification she stated:
"I mean not one day, but two. Since I don't know the degree of pollution."
That is not very professional, in my opinion; telling a prospective client their home is polluted. Not the best choice of words.
