- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to price jobs fairly, and we offer regular discounts in addition to occasional specials. We offer 10% off ALWAYS to veterans, teachers, and first responders as well as up to 25% off for our regular, repeat customers. Professional and loyalty discounts can stack up to 35% off!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either quote a job based on basic information (such as number of beds/baths) or we can set up a convenient time for a walk-through and custom quote. We can work with either English or Spanish speaking customers (please contact Alex directly for Spanish and Candice for English).
