- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing at Sparkling Ambitions LLC is transparent and customized to the size and condition of the space, as well as the specific services requested. We include all cleaning supplies in our rates unless special products are requested. We also offer free in-person estimates, mileage fees for out-of-area clients, and seasonal specials or referral discounts from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free walk-through or consultation to understand your goals, the layout of your space, and any specific preferences you have. From there, we create a tailored plan that matches your needs — whether it’s a deep clean, ongoing maintenance, or a design/organization project. Every client receives personalized attention, transparent pricing, and updates throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beyond years of hands-on experience in professional cleaning and organizing, I’ve completed specialized training in sanitation standards, eco-friendly product usage, and home staging/design. My background combines both technical cleaning expertise and design sense — allowing Sparkling Ambitions to offer a balance of cleanliness, flow, and visual harmony.
