I told them I wanted to begin service. They never called to set service dates.The owner from Atlanta contacted me and he stated he was very upset with the way things were handled and offered to come to Knoxville personally to over see the project. I accepted his offer and the went above and beyond

I have a building that had a severe water intrusion problem along the back wall. This wall is subgrade. BDry came in, evaluated the problem, and proposed a solution that they were willing to stand behind. Their pricing was quite reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved. Since they installed their water management system, not one drop of water has found its way into my building. I further suggest the battery back-up system, which provides an extra layer of assurance during a power outage. I am very happy with the solution BDry installed. I wish I would have contacted them much earlier!
