Have used Home Repair Group several times, and all times they have been great. They replaced our gutters, put on a new roof (including installing new attic fans), stripped and stained our deck, replaced attic insulation, painted exterior, and are currently doing our bathroom. Each time the costs were laid out, and possible problems discussed. When any issues were found, they were documented (pictures), and any additional costs were reasonable.

I needed some roof repairs done that I discovered after a bad rain storm. I calls HRG and spoke to Danny about my problems. He came by the next morning and inspected my roof. He found where the leaks was, and also found another we didn't even know about. He quoted me a price that was very good considering my steep roof pitch. We got the work scheduled for 2 days later. His crew came out and we're here on time and ready to go. They fixed both leaks in a couple of hours. Before they all left Danny and I inspected their work and agreed it was good to go We're totally satisfied with the work, the timing and the cost of this repair. I won't hesitate to call him back when my next need arises.

Depending on the scope of work and type of material grades.

Depending on the range of work, I would bring with me samples of either the shingles, rubber roofing, gutter stock colors, paint colors, siding, or whatever may be needed to complete the job, after choices are made a contract is printed and signed, work is started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this trade since I was 16 years old and have learned alot in the field over the years, I have worked for several reputable companies. I have been in business for myself since 2008. I have a OSHA certification for mold remediation.
