FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be done in a variety of ways. The first is a standard minimum job charge. This applies to a single load of a truck and trailer. Things that might affect a minimum job charge is if you have a lot of heavy items, lots of stairs, etc. We also have half day and full day pricing. We do this because some of our customers have us help them sort through their items. Then as always a custom estimate. This is typically for multiple day projects. Trips, time, and weight generally affect the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone call and scheduling of your project. We want to take your time and money into consideration. We do not want to waste either one of those! When we arrive, we will walk through the project with you identifying exactly what you would like done. Once that is identified we will not waste any of your time getting it completed as quickly as we can for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my education and training for this is my years of being in customer service of some form. Whether owning a previous business or working for a company. I love when people are completely satisfied and felt like they had and amazing experience working with us. So everyday and every job no matter the size will be approached with the same courtesy as all of the other jobs.
