To this pointI have been very pleased with Mr. Stanley's response and professionalismApr 9, 2018Verified
Scott was outstanding. He was able to find all the original pins except for one which he gladly plotted and placed for no extra charge! I am anxiously awaiting the plot map. It truly was a great experience to have him survey my property.Apr 2, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For boundary surveys I charge by the linear foot of boundary line located. There is a minimum price for a parcel of land that is 1/2 acre or less. The unit rate per foot depends upon the type of terrain. Elevation Certificates depend on scope and size of project with a minimum of $425. Construction survey is priced at $90 per hours. Expert Witness Services is $90 per hour with a cap of $400 a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All land surveyors are required to obtain 15 hours of continuing education every year to maintain there license to operate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army as an intelligence analyst. When I exited the military I got a desk job as a C/C++ Programmer. I missed being outside so I decided to get licensed as a land surveyor.
