Hello Love! My name is Hazel Skye and I am looking forward to helping you look your best on your special day! I have a deep passion for beauty. We offer both makeup & hair services. I am a certified professional makeup artist and graduated from Makeup Forever Academy in New York. Trained under the best in the industry for bridal, beauty and fashion, I obtain skills in color correction, soft, bold, cross culture makeup and tattoo cover up. My team and I have won WeddingWires Couples Choice 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and The Knots’, Best of Weddings, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and The Knot’s Hall. Of Fame. We primarily provide services in Northern California and South East States but have traveled to destinations such as Jamaica, Mexico City, Oaxaca City, NYC, AZ and UT. Our prices range depending on style of makeup and hair. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hazel is a professional makeup artist and superb hair stylist. Listens very well to what you want to achieve and talks you through each step she performs on you. I was very satisfied with my results and received many compliments. I definitely will use Hazel again.

Hazel made me up beautifully for my special day. She was on time and finished on time. She went above and beyond my expectations. She never rushed, even during the trial run, which she was very patient with my requests. She is very good at applying fake lashes to my overly sensitive eyes, and they were comfortable all day. She even accompanied me to do touch up for my ceremony shoot. I had an extremely positive experience with Hazel. She is awesome, easy and comfortable to be around. Very professional, technical, great communication, and knowledgeable about make up.

Hazel was recommended to me by a friend. I don’t wear makeup often and so I had a lot of questions. She was super sweet and we talked about the style of hair/makeup done for my work event—she even responded to my questions while she was away on vacation! Hazel was responsive to my suggestions and I found the fact that she wanted to prep for the appointment refreshing. She is the upmost professional and made me feel so comfortable in my skin. The makeup lasted the whole event—it even lasted an hour walk in balmy weather. I wouldn’t think twice to book her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Living in the Bay Area in very expensive but what you pay for your makeup and hair should be stress free. My price is based on location, quality, expertise and experience. I am here to build longterm relationships with my clients and make sure they are beyond satisfied with their looks and price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to new customers I like to get to know them first and know what are they looking to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified International Makeup Pro Artist from Glam Lab Studios. I've build up my makeup skills from working for two cosmetics companies (Benefit Cosmetics & Bareminerals) as a Freelance Makeup Artist.
