My passion is helping people manage their physical stress, whether from injury, trauma, or just regular day-to-day life. I believe that massage should be relaxing and enjoyable first, and that healing will follow. As a result, my style tends to be slow and deliberate, with a firm and consistent pressure. I also use some stretching and myofascial release techniques to help affect the joints and connective tissues.
