I hired them based on positive reviews. My outcome wasn't so positive. First, they were 3 hours late, said they wrote it down wrong on their board but they told me originally when they would be here. Second, they damaged just about every piece of furniture. The wood furniture had gouges and scratches and scrapes, and pieces broken off. The leather furniture had tears and rips in a couch and love seat. They didn't tie anything down except when the last piece was placed on the truck, they put one tie down strap at the end.
I have used Gouffon as well as Move 4 Less in the past with no issues. I called and complained, Cameron said they would send someone out, but I haven't heard back from them. I would stop payment on my check, but its already cleared my bank.
I have another move at the end of this month and I will not be using these guys.

The On Call Crew assisted me today in setting up an apartment in the Knoxville area. They picked up my furniture on time, packed all my items, and delivered everything in a very timely, professional manner. Another thing that is very important-they stayed true to the price they quoted and even provided a third guy for free when I only paid for two! I literally left to get something to eat, and when I came back they had unpacked my things and were setting my apartment up. It took them a couple of hours and I never saw them take a break! I am so impressed by the hard work of these guys, that I am going to have them move my brother when he is relocating in a few weeks. Highly recommended!

I am highly satisfied with the work the 2 guys did that they sent out to move all my furniture. The moved my entire living room and kitchen sets without breaking or scratching up anything. If you have moved around a lot and used movers to help you, then you know how hard it is to find someone to care for your things as you would. I most certainly will use these guys again and recommend them to anyone i know that is looking for help moving.
