Joe did a tremendous job cleaning and staining our deck. Joe had great communication and directed us in the right direction with recommendations to ensure everything turned out great. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.
Because of things not under his control, such as weather, he has not been able to finish our work and yet he has come by on several occasions to check on things and has bent backwards to make sure the work is done correctly rather than quickly and shoddily

Joe was excellent and I will be using him again. He took care of staining my deck and also has a fantastic price for power washing and window cleaning. Always on time and respectful of the place .
Joe did a great job with pressure washing and staining my decks. Gave me a quote did not ask for any money until the job was complete.Let me know when he was going to be able to get the job done. Careful to cover up items he didn’t want the stain to get on and cleaned everything up when he was finished.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think it's a mistake to make pricing the primary consideration when choosing a contractor. That said, we work to be very reasonable and fair - which many of our reviews attest to.
No hidden fees or costs. Everything is laid out before the work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation (via phone, text or in-person) where we go over everything the client wants to get done. Once that is clear, I'll quickly work up a quote (or multiple quotes/packages) and, if we are in agreement on the numbers and timeline, work begins.
Very straight forward, very simple.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to several years of on the job experience (which is where the real learning happens), I've also attended several in-person trainings - including for holiday light installation and concrete sealing. Additionally, we work closely with industry suppliers to keep up on the most current techniques and products.
