Prior to Tier One cleaning my roof, I had quite a lot of Black Algae streaks across the front and back of my home.
The Roof and Driveway cleaning Tier One completed truly turned both back to looking like NEW. The difference is amazing.
The Roof was completed July 1 and because of how well Tier One (Frederic) performed the cleaning including bagging all liquids sprayed on the roof from each gutter and obviously the results, 1 Neighbor has already hired him to clean their house and driveway with very similar results on July 10.
During the time Tier One (Frederic) returned to work on my neighbor's home, Frederic came over to my home and told me he saw a place on my roof where it did not come clean to his satisfaction and then proactively again cleaned that area of the roof. I did not expect that at all but will continue to refer Tier One to all my friends and neighbors.

Wonderful company with excellent service! Very attentive and willing to accommodate my requests. Walked me around the house when finished to make sure I was happy with his work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I maintain competitive pricing with other professional contractors in the area. NOTE- be wary of pricing that seems like an unbeatable deal, because often times, it is. Unlicensed and Uninsured contractors do have access to this lead generating site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with new customers through Thumbtack, email, phone and by text. I start with an initial phone call, which is then followed by email communication. In the initial phone call conversation I typically ask for the customers first and last name, the address of the property being serviced, an email and a description of the work that is to be conducted.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started pressure washing in high school, as a way to make extra money. As the lawn care business I had at the time grew, so did my pressure washing services. I have since stopped mowing lawns, graduated from college and have committed my self to building a professional exterior cleaning company.
