- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Whether for a one-time service or bundled plan, we offer competitive flat-rate and quote-based pricing depending on the service. Customers who bundle multiple services into a recurring maintenance plan receive discounted per-service rates, meaning the more you bundle, the more you save. We also offer free quotes on all services with no obligation to book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what the customer needs — whether that's a one-time job or ongoing maintenance. From there, we provide a free, digital instant-quote, or visit their property in person for a free exterior inspection with their quote. Then it's as simple as confirming scheduling, and showing up on time ready to work. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets the customer's expectations. For plan customers, it's largely the same - the only difference is you'll see us as frequently as your plan states, plus you'll get access to our full set of bonuses & guarantees as part of your plan!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
