Aaron came by to look at project as promised keeping good contact until we were able to meet. He helped us choose colors and was negotiable when presented with both a roofing and guttering project. The fact that he offered both services made the whole thing much smoother. All was completed as promised up to the smallest details. Would gladly recommend

It was a great price. Great communication as well! I live out of state so home repairs can be challenging. Sensible roofing sent me several before and after pictures so I felt confident that the repair was being done well. Lastly they were able to repair the roof within 48 hours of my initial contact! I highly recommend sensible roofing!

I had been struggling with a roof repair and had two other roofing companies that either were unsuccessful or only completed a portion of the work before I called Sensible Roofing. They tackled it as quickly as the supplies and weather would allow and it appears they have corrected the issue.

Aaron is really great to work with and gave a reasonable price for the repair work we needed on our flat roof. He went way of his way to squeeze me in a very busy time of helping folks who had damages do to the forest fires.

Roof leak. The leak was tricky to find and the tech actually had to make two return visits to get the leak fixed. He stuck with it and though painful to make return trips he did so under warranty. Good job guys ! Thanks.
