At my second home in Gatlinburg, I was having a drainage problem on my shingle roof around my chimney. May be a missing piece of flashing between the gutter and the chimney - when it rains or the snow melts water comes down between the chimney and the gutter resulting in mold forming down the T-111 siding on the chimney. Yes, this was a tiny job but the water will eventually cause more problems. Not a problem for Smith Roofing - they cut a slit for new kick out flashing to be installed, then they installed new white custom bent kick out flashing, sealed off any exposed fasteners and left a clean job site. They were professional every step of the process, arrived on time and finished very quickly. When I have any future roof problems, I will call Smith - they are very good

Our pricing is very competitive within the current market against other roofing companies. You will receive very accurate project estimates with "basic, better, best" pricing, Apples-to-Apples price matching, and financing options. You can be confident that your estimated price is the best for you and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After having one of our roofing professionals come out and give you a free estimate, new customers can then expect to get an accurate estimate in the coming days. If this estimate is approved, then our team will reach out and set a date to start your project at everyone's earliest convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 20 years of experience within the industry. We hold our general contractors' license, which we had to pass multiple exams testing our knowledge of different materials and other knowledge within the industry.
